Is there a setup fee?

No. There are no setup fees for any of our plans.

Do I have to sign long term contract?

No. D-Sight is a pay-as-you-go service, and you simply pay month-to-month. There are no long term contracts or commitments on your part. If you cancel, you'll be billed for the current month, but you won't be billed again.

Do I need a credit card to sign up?

No. You don't need any credit cards to register for a free trial.

Can I cancel my account at any time?

Yes. Although we would love to keep you with us, you can cancel your account anytime from the website or via email.

Can I change my plan later on?

Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time with no additional handling charges.

Can I get a refund?

Once a paid plan is started, refunds are not possible. You can however benefit from a full-feature 14-day trial before signing for any plan and once a paid plan is started, you can unsubscribe at any time.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Paypal and wire transfer payments. Automatic payments by credit card will be available soon.

When will I get access?

Immediately. Once your PayPal transfer has been validated, access is granted within a minute. If you prefer paying by wire transfer, it might take longer as the account gets activated once we have received the payment (typically 3 to 5 days depending on your country of residence).

Can I get customized version of D-Sight to fit my specific business needs?

Yes! We do different kind of customizations. Contact us for more information.

Can I get an academic or non-profit discount?

Yes! Just contact us by specifying the plan you want to subscribe to and send us details about your institution or organization. We'll get back to you immediately.

My free trial has expired. How can I upgrade to a free account?

You can upgrade to our free account in two simple steps. Once you are logged into the application, select the "Account Information" entry from the Account menu. From the account information page, select the "Subscription Information" entry in the left menu and click on "Change Plan".

Select the Free plan from the list of available alternatives and update your subscription.

Log in now
